PLATE — Road Trip Bingo (the "Service") is operated by CWParks Holdings, LLC, doing business as 41 North Games ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you are entering an agreement with CWParks Holdings, LLC.
By accessing or using PLATE, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
41 North Games is a studio that publishes family road trip games, beginning with PLATE — a license-plate spotting game playable solo or in multiplayer rooms. The 41 North Games Family Pass is a one-time purchase of $4.99 that grants lifetime access to premium features (unlimited multiplayer hosting, multi-player solo mode, and a Pass badge) across every game we publish. There are no recurring subscriptions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
All rights, title, and interest in and to PLATE — including the software, the PLATE name and branding, the stylized state plate artwork, and all related materials — are owned by CWParks Holdings, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the features of your purchased plan.
We work hard to keep PLATE running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle. By purchasing the Family Pass, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold CWParks Holdings, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
