We want you to love the 41 North Games Family Pass. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No need to explain why.

How to request a refund

All payments for PLATE are processed by our reseller, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. From your order, choose the option to request a refund. Paddle will handle the rest.

After your refund

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. After the refund is processed, your account will return to the free tier of PLATE.
